Weird Stuff...

One of my churchmate gave this thing from the province where darkness is really working.

Here in the Philippines, there is a saying that if you wear this when you have sickness, you'll be healed. Or if you want protection against evil spirits just wear this and you'll be protected, and many more. However, this are not actually true, for we can only get healing and protection from our Lord Jesus. :)

I cut it open, here's what inside.

I am just really confused, what does this words meant. It's like a prayer i think. Just wondering why it's written on a triangle-shape paper and hava a 3 stars on each corner.
